TrigammonX offers customisable board themes, allowing you to change the appearance of your game without changing the underlying rules. Whether you prefer an elegant, traditional board or something more adventurous, there's plenty to explore.

1. How Do I Change My Board? 

To choose a different board design:

1. Open TrigammonX.
2. Look for the board or theme selection controls in the game interface.
3. Browse the available designs.
4. Select the board you'd like to use.
5. Return to your game and enjoy your new look!

The location and appearance of these controls may vary depending on the game version.

 

2. What Board Designs Are Available? 

TrigammonX has a growing collection of board designs, including themes such as:

• Monte Carlo — An elegant, classic-inspired design.
• Neon Forge — A futuristic board with bold visual styling.
• Time Rift — A science-fiction-inspired theme.
• Pharaoh's Gate — An ancient Egyptian-inspired design.
• Atlantis Nexus — A fantasy-inspired underwater theme.
• Fire — A dramatic, fiery design.

Some designs may be available only in particular game versions or may still be undergoing development and testing.

3. Does Changing the Board Affect Gameplay? 

No! Board themes change the visual appearance of TrigammonX, not the fundamental rules. Every board retains the same 36-point playing structure. Your checker movement, legal moves, and game objectives remain the same.

4. Can I Change Checker Colours? 

TrigammonX provides checker appearance and colour options, depending on the available settings. These allow you to personalise the appearance of your game while retaining the three-player gameplay.

5. Can I Design My Own Board?  

Additional board-personalisation tools are part of the ongoing TrigammonX development programme. A future Board Designer is rolling out to provide more control over colours, styling, and other visual options. The range of customisation tools may differ between guest players and registered accounts as these features become available.

6. Will More Boards Be Added? 

Yes — that's the plan!
