My TrigammonX board isn't displaying correctly

 

Is your TrigammonX board looking unusual, appearing too small, or not displaying correctly?
TrigammonX includes detailed board designs and adjustable layouts. Occasionally, display problems can occur because of browser settings, screen sizes, or temporary loading issues.
Here are some simple steps to help.

1. What Types of Display Problems Can Occur? 

You might experience:

• Board artwork not appearing or loading completely.
• Checkers or dice appearing out of position.
• The board being too large or too small.
• Parts of the game interface extending beyond the screen.
• Board rotation not displaying correctly.
• Buttons or controls overlapping other elements.
• Display differences between desktop computers and tablets.

2. Check Your Browser Zoom. 

If you're using a desktop computer, check your browser's zoom setting.

Try returning the browser to 100% zoom.

• Windows: Press Ctrl + 0.
• Mac: Press Command + 0.

This may help restore a more suitable display size.

3. Try a Different Screen Orientation. 

If you're playing on an iPad or another tablet, try switching between portrait and landscape orientation. Landscape orientation may provide more horizontal space for the board and controls.

Some layouts may work better in one orientation than the other.

4. Check the Game's Layout Settings. 

TrigammonX includes adjustable layout and presentation options.

Depending on your game version, you may be able to:

• Select a different layout.
• Adjust the board display size.
• Change the arrangement of controls.
• Switch between available board themes.
• Adjust board rotation behaviour.

If the current layout isn't displaying correctly, try selecting another available layout.

5. Try a Different Board Theme. 

If the board is visible but its artwork looks incomplete or unusual, try switching to another available board theme.

This can help determine whether the problem is related to a particular design or to the overall game display.

6. Refresh the Game Carefully. 

Sometimes a temporary loading problem can be resolved by refreshing the page.

Important: If you have a game in progress, make sure your progress is saved before refreshing, where a save option is available. Refreshing may interrupt an unfinished game or affect unsaved progress.

7. Try Another Browser. 

If the display problem continues, try opening TrigammonX in another modern browser, such as:

• Google Chrome
• Apple Safari
• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Edge

If the game displays correctly in one browser but not another, please mention that when reporting the issue.

8. Are You Using an iPad or Tablet? 

TrigammonX supports touchscreen interaction, but screen dimensions and browser behaviour can differ between devices.

If you're experiencing a display problem on a tablet:

• Try landscape orientation.
• Check the available layout settings.
• Make sure your browser and operating system are up to date.
• Check whether the same problem occurs in another orientation.

Avoid clearing browser storage unless instructed, because it may contain locally saved game information.
