[email protected]
Emails sent to this address are forwarded to our support ticket system. You don't need to visit the Help Centre if you prefer communicating by email.

5. What Happens After I Submit My Ticket?

Once your request reaches our support system:

  1. Your enquiry is recorded for review.
  2. We examine the information provided.
  3. We may contact you if additional details are needed.
  4. We respond with guidance, troubleshooting steps, or information about the issue.
If the problem is a confirmed software bug, it may require investigation and a future game update.
Submitting a ticket does not guarantee an immediate software fix.

6. How Long Will a Response Take?

TrigammonX is independently developed, and support is currently managed personally by its creator.

We review requests regularly and aim to respond as quickly as possible. Some enquiries may take longer, particularly during busy periods or when additional technical investigation is required.
Please note: We do not currently provide live human chat or telephone support. Our Knowledge Base remains available around the clock for self-service assistance.

7. How Do I Follow Up on My Ticket?

If you receive an email response from TrigammonX Support, you can reply to that message to continue the conversation. Where a ticket reference is provided, please keep it for future correspondence. If you haven't received a response, check your email's spam or junk folder before submitting another request.

Using the same email conversation helps us keep the history of your enquiry together.

8. Can I Report Suggestions or New Feature Ideas?

Absolutely!

We welcome constructive feedback and ideas from the TrigammonX community.
You can use the support ticket form to submit:
  • Suggestions for new features.
  • Ideas for board designs.
  • Gameplay improvements.
  • Accessibility suggestions.
  • General feedback.
While we cannot promise every suggestion will be implemented, player feedback helps guide future development.
